Join Lisa Cornish for a continuous and seamless sequence of whole body loaded movements done with rhythm and timing with an aim to keep momentum alive. The term more commonly used is “flow” training, but within our program we interchange flow with Loaded Movement Training (LMT).
A science-driven style of training that not only has numerous benefits but is more engaging compared to the traditional forms of exercise. It features concepts such as whole body functional training, rhythmic coordination, cognitive enhancement, improved metabolic function, and improved tensile strength.
