During a restorative yoga practice, poses are held for extended periods of time to achieve a deeper level of relaxation and mindfulness. For at home practice, please bring bolsters or pillows, straps or belts, blocks and eye coverings if you have them.

LAM YOGA AGREEMENT OF RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER
I hereby agree that I am participating in a yoga class from Lam Yoga, during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga. I recognize that yoga requires physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the yoga class. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in a yoga class.
In consideration of being in a yoga class, I agree to assume all responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the yoga class.
I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I have against Lam Yoga, for injury or damages I may sustain during, or as a result of participating in the yoga class. I, my heirs, or legal representative forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Lam Yoga (this includes Lam Yoga’s, instructors, employees, agents and representatives) for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.
I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above. I am over 18 years of age.
