Portugal Retreat 2025 - Deposit
May 10-15, 2025
This trip to Santarém, Portugal includes a five-night stay; two yoga classes per day; three farm-to-table vegetarian meals per day, use of the grounds, pool, yoga room, lounge, wi-fi.
Available (for additional cost): Spa treatments; equine therapy; great local wine.
Not included: Airfare, transports to-and-from the airport, excursions. Help will be provided to secure transportation.
This $500, non-refundable deposit secures one spot.
Total cost of the trip is $2,175 per person for single occupancy, and $1,975 per person for double occupancy.
A second non-refundable payment of $500 is due six months prior to retreat on December 1, 2024.
Remainder to be paid in total or in installments by Venmo, cash, check or credit card by February 1, 2025.
No refunds available after February 1, 2025.

LAM YOGA AGREEMENT OF RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER
I hereby agree that I am participating in a yoga retreat with LAM Yoga at Quinta Carvalhas, during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga. I recognize that yoga requires physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
Although strict measures are being taken by LAM Yoga and Quinta Carvalhas to prevent the spread of COVID-19 (such as social distancing and deep sanitization), I acknowledge that attending classes could result in COVID-19 infection. I assume any risk, take full responsibility and waive any claims of personal injury or COVID-19 infection associated with LAM Yoga.
I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the yoga retreat. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in a yoga retreat.
In consideration of being on a yoga retreat, I agree to assume all responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the yoga retreat.
I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I have against LAM Yoga and Quinta Carvalhas, for injury or damages I may sustain during, or as a result of participating in this yoga retreat.
I, my heirs, or legal representative forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue LAM Yoga (this includes LAM Yoga’s, instructors, employees, agents and representatives) or Quinta Carvalhas for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.
LAM Yoga is not responsible for any personal belongings, travel delays, or other mishaps occurring during travel.
If any others attend classes or a retreat at LAM Yoga under a reservation in my name, I attest that they have also agreed to the terms and conditions stated above.
I understand that this $500 deposit is non-refundable. Additional payments, up to the total cost of the trip, will be refundable up until, but not after, February 1, 2025.
I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
