Get out and grow your community as cozy season approaches! You are invited to a Friday Night Roots night out with partner yoga, social camaraderie, and mindful activities designed to help your authentic connections spread like roots - both deep and wide.
As an alternative or addition to the bar scene, Friday Night Roots is bringing like-minded souls together for some movement, laughter, and good vibes. The refreshments are sober-curious and the partner yoga is for all levels, so grab your partner, best friend, or situationship and join us at LAM Yoga for a night
out…with intention.
The cost is $95 per couple.

LAM YOGA/Kyle Kramek AGREEMENT OF RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER
I hereby agree that I am participating in a ceremony at LAM Yoga, during which I will receive information and instruction. I recognize that this practice may require some physical exertion that may be strenuous. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
I agree to assume all responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the ceremony.
I agree that I will not participate in any Yoga class if I have reason to believe I may be contagious, including, but not limited to, COVID-19. I assume any risk, take full responsibility and waive any claims of personal injury or COVID-19 infection associated with LAM Yoga.
I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I have against LAM Yoga, or any of its teachers, for injury or damages I may sustain during, or as a result of participating in the yoga class.
I, my heirs, or legal representative forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue LAM Yoga (this includes LAM Yoga’s, instructors, employees, agents and representatives) for any injury or death.
LAM Yoga is not responsible for any personal belongings I bring to or leave at the studio.
I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
If any others attend classes at LAM Yoga under a reservation in my name, I attest that they have also agreed to the terms and conditions stated above.
