Yoga Nidra for Cultivating Gratitude, Thursday 11/21

Yoga Nidra is often referred to as radiant sleep. The practice is a relaxation technique that involves lying down while being guided through mental imagery. It's a combination of guided imagery and the yoga posture known as Shavasana. The goal is to achieve a state of relaxation that's similar to sleep, but while still being aware of your surroundings. This Nidra will guide you through the 5 Koshas to a journey of abundance, gratitude and peace.
Please dress in comfy clothing. You may want to consider wearing jammies and crawling into bed once you get home. Please eat a light meal prior to practice. Bring a journal. You may want to jot down anything that arises in this state directly following the meditation. Often information will come to you post practice so a journal can help you to process.
Herbal Tea will be served upon waking. You are invited to stay as long as you like in this held space.

I hereby agree that I am participating in a yoga class at LAM Yoga, during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga. I recognize that yoga requires physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
I agree to assume all responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the yoga class.
I agree that I will not participate in any Yoga class if I have reason to believe I may be contagious, including, but not limited to, COVID-19. I assume any risk, take full responsibility and waive any claims of personal injury or COVID-19 infection associated with LAM Yoga.
I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I have against LAM Yoga, or any of its teachers, for injury or damages I may sustain during, or as a result of participating in the yoga class.
I, my heirs, or legal representative forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue LAM Yoga (this includes LAM Yoga’s, instructors, employees, agents and representatives) for any injury or death.
LAM Yoga is not responsible for any personal belongings I bring to or leave at the studio.
I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
If any others attend classes at LAM Yoga under a reservation in my name, I attest that they have also agreed to the terms and conditions stated above.
