A Golden Hour Gathering! Join us at Haystack Mountain State Park
in Norfolk, CT on Tuesday, May 19th at 6:30 PM (Golden Hour).
Parking information will be provided via email.
We’ll begin with a 15-minute guided meditation— a chance to arrive, ground, and soften.
From there, we’ll move into an “Awe Walk" - a gentle, mindful walk designed to open your senses and reconnect you with the quiet beauty all around you. The hike/walk is approximately 3 miles and will take about an hour. We’ll have a beautiful vista for sunset!

I hereby agree that I am participating in a yoga class at LAM Yoga, LLC, during which I will receive information and instruction about yoga. I recognize that yoga requires physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
I agree to assume all responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the yoga class.
I agree that I will not participate in any Yoga class if I have reason to believe I may be contagious, including, but not limited to, COVID-19. I assume any risk, take full responsibility and waive any claims of personal injury or COVID-19 infection associated with LAM Yoga, LLC.
I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I have against LAM Yoga, LLC, or any of its teachers, for injury or damages I may sustain during, or as a result of participating in the yoga class.
I, my heirs, or legal representative forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue LAM Yoga, LLC (this includes LAM Yoga, LLC's, instructors, employees, agents and representatives) for any injury or death.
LAM Yoga, LLC is not responsible for any personal belongings I bring to or leave at the studio.
I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
If any others attend classes at LAM Yoga, LLC under a reservation in my name, I attest that they have also agreed to the terms and conditions stated above.
