An hour outside the historic city of Lisbon, the Ribatejo is the agricultural heartland of Portugal - a peaceful countryside that is home to horse farms, wineries, nature preserves, and medieval towns.

Our home - Quinta Carvalhas, The Green Farm - is a luxury farm and retreat center, complete with meditation gardens, indoor and outdoor yoga spaces, where you'll be surrounded by nature.

Relax - Wander through the gardens, lounge by the pool, visit with the horses who live on the farm. Unwind and deepen your yoga and mindfulness practice.

Eat - Stunningly fresh, vegetarian food prepared with love from ingredients grown right on the farm. 

Explore - Take day trips to picturesque towns and castles, visit small family wineries, and world-class cities.

Total Cost - $2,175 per person for single occupancy; $1,975 per person for double occupancy in private rooms with en-suite bathrooms.

Includes - Five-night stay; two yoga classes per day; three farm-to-table vegetarian meals per day; use of the grounds, pool, yoga room and outdoor yoga deck, terrace with fire pit, lounges; wi-fi.

Available (for additional cost) - Spa treatments; equine and art therapy; great local wines; excursions to medieval towns, castles and wineries.

Not included - Airfare; transports to and from the airport (free pickup from train station if taking public transit). Travel Insurance; we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. We can highly recommend Allianz. It is very affordable and provides peace of mind!

A second non-refundable payment of $500 is due six months prior to retreat on December 1, 2024. Remainder to be paid in total or in installments by Venmo, cash, check or credit card by February 1, 2025. Remaining payments by credit card will incur a $50 charge to cover our transaction costs. $25 charge for a Venmo transaction.
