Join Kyle for an hour of Yin Yoga. Throughout the practice, Kyle will share Jataka tales. The Jataka tales are a collection of stories about the previous lives of Siddhartha Gautama, who would later become the Buddha.
This practice offers a unique blend of physical and mental relaxation. Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga in which postures, or asanas, are held for 3-5 minutes at a time. This practice targets the deep connective tissues, releasing tension and increasing circulation as well as allowing for prolonged focus and inner stillness, perfectly complemented by soothing oral storytelling.

I agree that I will not participate in any Yoga class if I have reason to believe I may be contagious, including, but not limited to, COVID-19. I assume any risk, take full responsibility and waive any claims of personal injury or COVID-19 infection associated with LAM Yoga.
I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I have against LAM Yoga, or any of its teachers, for injury or damages I may sustain during, or as a result of participating in the yoga class.
I, my heirs, or legal representative forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue LAM Yoga (this includes LAM Yoga’s, instructors, employees, agents and representatives) for any injury or death.
LAM Yoga is not responsible for any personal belongings I bring to or leave at the studio.

If any others attend classes at LAM Yoga under a reservation in my name, I attest that they have also agreed to the terms and conditions stated above.
