Eating in Costa Rica
Our Costa Rican adventure includes three vibrantly-colored meals each day, prepared by our private chef, using fruits, vegetables, juices, and spices all drawn from the kitchen garden, and nearby farms.
This farm-to-table experience gives guests a chance to sample local cuisine, including the traditional Costa Rican breakfast, as well as a wide variety of lovingly-prepared fish, meat, and vegetarian dishes. You'll even learn Costa Rican cooking tips from the chef. Enjoy fresh fruit and fruit juices every day, as well as coffee grown and roasted by Esteban, the property manager. For an additional cost, you'll have a chance to visit his coffee farm, learn about local chocolate, and sample craft cocktails made fresh at the outdoor bar. |
