Costa Rica is a unique place on our planet. One of the most diverse ecosystems, teeming with plant and animal life. Colorful tropical birds, curious monkeys and coatis, sloths and anteaters, and a soundscape like no other.

You can explore so many climates and cultural treasures during our week-long retreat, including: hikes to private waterfalls; zip-lining through the rainforest canopy; roasting coffee with a local farmer; exploring the many protected beaches and ocean caves; snorkeling, kayaking, and horseback riding; shopping in the farmer's market right in our beachside town.
