The Costa Rican rainforest in January is vibrating with life. Colorful birds and curious monkeys in the treetops, crystal blue Pacific waves, and refreshing waterfalls everywhere you go.

Our home for the week is an exclusive eco resort nestled on a hillside overlooking the famous "Whale's Tail" beach in Uvita. The luxury villas, nestled in the jungle, offer solitude and a perfect ocean view. 

A jungle retreat - Wander the hiking trails right on the property; meditate on your private terrace, or relax by the pool. Experience an immersive yoga environment in the rainforest, and on the beach at sunset.

Explore - Costa Rica is an eco adventure paradise. See wildlife in some of the world's most biodiverse jungles; take a zip line tour of the forest canopy; swim in the clear waters of world-renowned beaches.

Eat - Farm to table food from our private chef, including Costa Rican and fusion cuisine, featuring the freshest fruits and vegetables daily.

This will be our fifth trip to this property - one of our favorite places on earth. We've gotten to know the place and the wonderful people who take care of us there. We can't recommend this retreat more highly! ​The only requirement is a regular movement practice.

​Only 10 spots available - double occupancy villas only. Perfect for couples, families, and friendship groups. Solo travelers must coordinate with LAM Yoga to find a suitable roommate, or pay double the cost to reserve a private villa.

Total Cost - $3,395 per person
Reserve Your Spot - $500 non-refundable deposit

Includes - Seven-night stay; two yoga classes per day; transport to and from San Jose (SJO) airport; three farm-to-table meals per day; full use of the grounds, including hiking trails, jungle yoga platform, pool, lounge, wi-fi; daily transport to and from beach & other excursions.

Available (for additional cost) - Massage and other spa services; guided eco-tours of national parks; zip-lining, kayaking, horseback riding & other adventures; coffee & chocolate cultural tours; craft cocktails with local ingredients; wine and beer; access to 5-star sister property; additional transport.

Not included - Airfare; Travel Insurance (We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. We use Allianz - it is very affordable and provides peace of mind.)

Payment Schedule - After the initial, non-refundable $500 deposit, a payment of $1,500 is due on July 1, 2025. The remainder is due on October 1, 2025. 

Payments can be paid in by cash, check, Venmo or credit card. After the initial deposit, credit card and Venmo payments will incur a $50 charge to cover our transaction costs.
